Flag Rugby
Rugby is all about passing, running,
kicking and scoring through teamwork.
Nothing – except the tackling -- is
missing from this introductory format of
the game. Flags replace tackling so that
players can quickly learn the basics and
put them into practice during game play.
Rugby ball & Manor Park Rugby
t-shirt are required equipment for all players.

Le Rugby c’est passer, courir, botter et compter par l’entremise du travail d’équipe. Seulement le contact physique est absent de ce format d’introduction au Rugby. Les drapeaux remplacent le contact physique afin que les joueurs apprennent rapidement les éléments de base et les mettent en pratique lors des jeux. Aucun équipement requis. Chaque joueur reçoit un t-shirt et une balle. Programme mixte.
