3-Months of your favourite fitness, yoga, Pilates -- and now, Tai Chi -- classes!
By registering for the full session of classes, you ensure your spot at a price guarantee of $15 per class for the entire session. This option is ideal for regular attendees who wish to commit to the entire session. Best of all, it eliminates the need to pre-register for each individual class. If you are late to join the full session of classes, your registration fee will be pro-rated. Full sessions are seasonal: January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.

10-Class MultiPass for Fitness
The 10-Class MultiPass for Fitness 2025 gives you the flexibility to attend MPCC fitness classes around your busy schedule. Participants select the type of class, day and time, from the online calendar. Then participants redeem their 10-Class MultiPass for Fitness by registering as a "drop-in" for each class they select to attend. On the class calendar, choose the class of your choice, and 'Click to Use MultiPass' to eliminate payment. 10-Class MultiPass for Fitness expires seasonally: January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.

Single Class Drop-in
This is great for those last-minute registrations and the perfect option for trying out new classes with no commitment! The single class drop-in can be applied to any class you choose. Pre-registration online is required and completed with the drop-in purchase payment. To attend: view the class calendar, select the class of your choice and click on the BLUE 'Register' button.

Classes take place at 1805 Gaspe, Ottawa. Classes are in the Studio (Main Level) or the Art Space (Lower Level). The schedule is subject to change without notice.
Core Control through Pilates - Instructor: Catherine Hachigian
Strengthen your core and improve your posture with this full-body Pilates practice. Emphasizing mindful movement, mobility, and control, this class connects your limbs to your center, enhancing body awareness, alignment, and balance through focused intentional movement.

Hatha Yoga - Instructor: Nina LePage
Unwind and reset with a classical Hatha Yoga practice for all levels. Gentle stretches, breathwork, and accessible poses help ease stress and tension while building stregth, flexibility, and inner calm through steady, grounded movement.

Yoga-lates - Instructor: Rena Argiropulos NEW!
Join Yoga-lates for a mat-based workout that blends the core-strenthening focus of Pilates with the flexibility and flow of Yoga. Light hand-weights are incorporated to help build strenth, improve muscle tone, and enhance overall body awareness. This energizing fusion is perfect for all fitness levels.

Early Morning Tuesdays - Instructor: Leanne Ward NEW!
Join new instructor Leanne Ward for a high-energy, early morning workout -- perfect for all fitness levels. this group session features strenth and cardio fitness training that blends functional movements, core, and weight exercises with personalized modifications to suit individual needs.

Steo-Up - Instructor: Leanne Ward NEW!
Join CanFitPro-certified (and Manor Park resident) Leanne Ward for a one-hour 'Step and Sculpt' class. Using a step platform, participants will step to the music for a fun-filled 25-minute cardio workout followed by a whole-body stregth training and then a stretch. All fitness levels are welcome.

Strong and Stable - Instructors: Cate Hachigian (Mondays); Chelsea Passmore (Wednesdays & Fridays)
Build stregth that supports your everyday life. This functional movement class focuses on real-world actions like lifting, reaching, squatting, and twisting. Learn how to activate and train your muscles for better stability, balance, and resilience -- while moving with purpose and ease.

Discover the claming strength of Tai Chai in thes series: 6-week Introductory; 12-week Level 1. Learn a new sequence weekly while developing balance, focus, and inner calm. Meet Your Instructors

Nina LePage (Hatha Yoga)
Nina LePage has been teaching fitness for the last 40 years and is a certified personal trainer. She is a master trainer in Nordic walking. Nina is also a Hatha Yoga specializing in gentle yoga and breath work for all ages. Nina loves to help people move and breath well. Nina's Saturday Hatha class is a community favourite - register early to reserve your seat, and don't miss out!
Chelsea Passmore (Strong & Stable)
Chelsea has been certified in Hatha Yoga since 2008 and Personal Training (CanFitPro) since 2020. She has been teaching Full Body Workout and Hatha Yoga at MPCC since June 2022. She is a contemporary dancer. You might remember her from her family's Beechwood Ave. health food store, Nature's Buzz, which closed in February 2022.

Cate Hachigian (Core Control through Pilates, Strong & Stable)
Cate has been teaching Pilates since 2012. She's a certified Pilates mat and reformer teacher as well as ELDOA Levels 1 - 3 in osteopathic exercises. Registered as a RMT with advanced training in rehabilitative exercises and functional training she has an extensive background in anatomy and biomechanics.

Rena Argiropulos (Yog-lates)
Rena Argiropulos started teaching fitness over 35 years ago obtaining a Group fitness instructors certificate and in more recent years, she Graduated from Astanga Yoga Ottawa’s Teacher 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course. Rena teaches several styles of Yoga and fitness classes, Including, Astanga yoga, Gentle yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga, Hot power yoga, Low-impact Fitness, 20-20-20 Fitness, Strength-training, HIIT Cardio & Yoga sculpt classes. Rena is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals, regardless of experience. You can find her in the forest every weekend taking photos.
Leanne Ward (Early Morning Tuesdays, Step-Up)
Leanne Ward is a certified CanFitPro trainer with over 35 years of group fitness experience. A proud Manor Park resident and pediatrician at CHEO, Leanne brings energy, compassion and deep community roots to every class. She describes fitness as 'an anchor' in her life -- and her dynamic Tuesday morning workouts and Thursday evening Step-Up could be just what you need to kickstart your day with strength and motivation. Leanne looks forward to eeting you and helping you feel strong, confident and energized.
