Meet Your Instructors

Nina LePage (Hatha Yoga)
Nina LePage has been teaching fitness for the last 40 years and is a certified personal trainer. She is a master trainer in Nordic walking. Nina is also a Hatha Yoga specializing in gentle yoga and breath work for all ages. Nina loves to help people move and breath well. Nina's Saturday Hatha class is a community favourite - register early to reserve your seat, and don't miss out!

Cate Hachigian (Pilates Fundamentals, Strong & Stable)
My passion is teaching people to properly align, recruit muscles, move joints in healthy ranges of motion and experience how the body feels when it works in unison. I certified as a Pilates mat teacher in 2006 and a reformer teacher in 2013 at a studio in Toronto to complement my training as a RMT. I continuously upgrade my skills and knowledge, particularly with regard to resistance/strength training, according to the current research in exercise science. My experience of 40 years as a regulated health professional and over 15 years of teaching enables me to creatively problem solve, confidently prescribe the right exercises for an individual, and design classes for all populations and multiple musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. I am an avid cross country skier, cyclist and runner. I hope that you find my classes are educational and fun.

Rena Argiropulos (Core & Strength)
Rena Argiropulos started teaching fitness over 35 years ago obtaining a Group fitness instructors certificate and in more recent years, she Graduated from Astanga Yoga Ottawa’s Teacher 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course. Rena teaches several styles of Yoga and fitness classes, Including, Astanga yoga, Gentle yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga, Hot power yoga, Low-impact Fitness, 20-20-20 Fitness, Strength-training, HIIT Cardio & Yoga sculpt classes. Rena is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals, regardless of experience. You can find her in the forest every weekend taking photos.
Leanne Ward (Power Up, Tabata)
Leanne Ward is a certified CanFitPro trainer with over 35 years of group fitness experience. A proud Manor Park resident and pediatrician at CHEO, Leanne brings energy, compassion and deep community roots to every class. She describes fitness as 'an anchor' in her life -- and her dynamic Tuesday morning workouts and Thursday evening StepUp! could be just what you need to kickstart your day with strength and motivation. Leanne looks forward to meeting you and helping you feel strong, confident and energized.
