Pilates - Instructor: Catherine Hachigan
Pilates is full body functional exercise.   The exercises provide the basis for strength training focusing on stability, mobility and core control connecting limbs to torso.   Body awareness, posture and balance improve from moving methodically, in alignment and paying attention to small movements.

Mondays
9:30 – 10:30 AM

Thursdays
5:30 - 6:30 PM

Hatha Yoga - Instructor: Nina LePage & Chelsea Passmore
This is a classical Hatha flow class for all levels. You will stretch, unwind and use different breathing exercises as well as a nice relaxation cool down.
Nina & Chelsea combine gentle Hatha Yoga poses with breathing exercises. Live in each breath as you move from pose to pose, relieving stress and stiffness in mind + body.

Mondays
5:30-6:30 PM

Thursdays
7:00 – 8:00 PM

Saturdays
10:00-11:00 AM

Yoga Flow - Instructor: Rena Argiropulos
Join us for brand-new Yoga Flow, a class accessible to all levels. Expect to flow through a series of gentle, yet dynamic movements to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Through intentional breathing and mindful movement, release tension, reduce stress, and connect with your inner peace. This class is suitable for all levels. Instructor, Rena Argiropulos, will provide modifications to meet individual needs. Whether a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find a welcoming and supportive community in our class.

Tuesdays
6:00 – 7:00 PM

Strength, Length & Lymph - Instructor: Christina Esposto
This class is a trifecta of strengthening, lengthening and lymph-love! We begin with gentle stimulation and a lymphatic massage then build heat and strength through holds, powerful sequences and intervals. We slow it down with lengthening postures to create space and relief in the body. The class ends with a restful cooldown that includes more attention to our lymphatic system and supportive postures. This class is very dynamic through the strengthening portion. All levels are always welcome and you can choose what intensity you wish to move at. The class is designed to give an internal rinse and help release tension. By stimulating and draining our lymphatic system, we directly support our immune system, bring a boost to our energy levels and support mental clarity.

Wednesdays, starting Jan 17. (Note: No class on Jan 31, Feb 7, 14, 21)
4:30 - 5:30 PM

Total Body Functional Training - Instructor: Sophia Wood Massicotte
Suitable for all fitess levels (modifications for mild, medium or spicy!!!) The essence and intention of this class is to train and strengthen all areas of our body that are being used for the positions we live and move in. Think about your daily activities: from bending over to pick up a baby, getting groceries out of a car, cleaning your house ... Often, these movements, done over and over again, can lead to injuries. Adding functional training in your weekly routine will help you by strengthening the muscles needed in order to excecute those movements properly, which will help protect you from injuries so that you can continue doing what you love with the people you love. Throughout these classes we will be using a combination of bodyweight exercises, pilates-inspired movements, and some yoga poses sprinkled in here and there. You are more than welcome to use weights for extra resistance. You have no weights on hand, no problem! You can either do the movements without any weights and still get results, or grab two water bottles or rice bags.

Wednesdays
6:30 - 7:30 PM

Early Morning Full Body Workout - Instructor: Chelsea Passmore & Sophia Wood Massicotte
Everyone age 16+ is welcome to join in this energizing, early morning workout class. The class focuses on high intensity intervals that offer a mix of cardio, core and weight exercises. Slow Flow Yoga - Instructor: Sophia Wood Massicotte
This class is suitable for all levels. Enter your weekend feeling relaxed and balanced. Have you ever been in a yoga class where the flow was moving so quickly you couldn’t keep up? Slow flow yoga: a type of yoga that offers all the benefits of vinyasa while giving you more time to pause, adjust, and breathe. Just like the name suggests, slow flow is all about slowing down and concentrating on your mind-body connection. In this ultra-fast world, we must intentionally carve out time to slow down our pace, not only for our own mental, emotional and physcial health, but to benefit the world and those around us. Slow Flow will help with just that, time to rebalance, relax and release tension that tends to accumulate throughout our days. Cultivate grounding, stable energy to help us regulate our nervous system, and signal to the body that it's safe to relax and release. You are invited to savor the gradual, slower pace, enjoying a more passive meditative experience that can stay with us after leaving the mat.
