Dance Club with Taynikua 

Dance club with Taynikua is back, only this time it's online!!! Join Taynikua for an afternoon of dance instruction to the song 'Better When I'm Dancing". There is sure to be lots of movement, energy, and laughs! A zoom link will be emailed to you the morning of Tuesday, June 30th. Recommended ages: 7+

Stay Strong, Stable ...and Connected at home!

All-star MPCC fitness instructor Louise Hannant will guide you through a series of exercises that strengthen the legs and work on balance and coordination. Exercises will be adapted so that you can exercise along from the comforts of your living room. After every class, the Zoom call will stay open for anyone who would like to stay and chat!

Improv Comedy: Online!

Want to try Improv... from the comfort and safety of your home?!

If you are ages 16 and up, now is your chance with a one-time, free session, in a safe and supportive environment. Test and develop your ability to think on your feet. The class will be structured with a warm-up phase, game phase, and wrap up. There will be time af the end to analyse the scenes and get audience feedback. A great introduction to feel comfortable being in front of an audience, developing characters, and creating a narrative.
